{"id":103,"date":"2020-05-31T12:24:06","date_gmt":"2020-05-31T09:24:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/huzurlugelisim.adaweb.net.tr\/?p=103"},"modified":"2020-06-03T02:02:33","modified_gmt":"2020-06-02T23:02:33","slug":"nlp-nedir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/huzurlugelisim.adaweb.net.tr\/?p=103","title":{"rendered":"NLP Nedir?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NLP, ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131zda \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden, otomatik olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz alg\u0131lama, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve davran\u0131\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini, bilin\u00e7li hale getirme ve geli\u015ftirmede \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucunda, zihnin i\u015fleyi\u015fi ile ilgili, yetmi\u015fli y\u0131llar\u0131n sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru Amerika\u2019da geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir model ve metodolojidir.<\/p>\n<p>Dilbilimci Prof. John Grinder ve Matematikci Dr. Richard Bandler taraf\u0131ndan ola\u011fan \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 terapi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n analiz edilmesi ile model haline getirilen NLP teknikleri, Psikoloji, Sibernetik, N\u00f6roloji, Filoloji gibi bilimlerin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilip art\u0131k g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde terapi alan\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, y\u00f6netim, e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, aile, sat\u0131\u015f ve spor bilimlerinde de ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fisel yetenek ve becerilerin a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p peki\u015ftirilmesinde kullan\u0131lan NLP, duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 bilin\u00e7li hale getirip hedef odakl\u0131 ve yap\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde geli\u015ftirmede kullan\u0131lan bir dizi y\u00f6ntemler sunar.<\/p>\n<p>NLP\u2019nin altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, insanlar\u0131n \u00e7evrelerini nas\u0131l alg\u0131lay\u0131p ne \u015fekilde tepki g\u00f6sterdikleri, nas\u0131l ileti\u015fim kurduklar\u0131 ve davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131 \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p>NLP de bu t\u00fcr ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar \u00f6zellikle kendi alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan insanlar\u0131n stratejileri \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna NLP de \u201cModelleme\u201d (Modelling) denir ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme \u201cAccelerated Learning\u201d in \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>NLP ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 sonucunda geli\u015ftirilen bilgi teknik ve y\u00f6ntemler, insanlar aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimi peki\u015ftirmede kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, hedef ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde de y\u0131llard\u0131r ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NLP = Neuro Linguistic Programming<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neuro ile; insanlar\u0131n g\u00f6rme, i\u015fitme, hissetme, koklama ve tatma duyular\u0131 ve bu duyular\u0131n y\u00f6netildi\u011fi beyin ve sinir sistemi vurgulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Linguistic ile; ya\u015fam deneyimlerinin dil vas\u0131tas\u0131 ile kodlanmas\u0131, dilin deneyim edinme ve de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki etkisi vurgulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Programming ile arzu edilen de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00fczere, duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinde, bilin\u00e7li veya bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ak\u0131l yard\u0131m\u0131yla yap\u0131lan yeniden d\u00fczenleme bi\u00e7imi vurgulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temel NLP Varsay\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NLP ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, bir tak\u0131m ilkeleri ba\u015ftan do\u011fru kabul ederler (varsayarlar). Bu varsay\u0131mlar tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz, evrensel ger\u00e7ekler, ya da kesin do\u011frular de\u011fildir. Ama\u00e7, etkin ileti\u015fim, geli\u015fim ve de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine uygun bir zemin sa\u011flayan bu varsay\u0131mlar\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011fundan yola \u00e7\u0131karak, d\u00fcnyay\u0131 alg\u0131lama, yorumlama ve davran\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi se\u00e7eneklerimizdeki geli\u015fimi sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>\u0130nsanlar, kendi ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 istekleri do\u011frultusunda \u015fekillendirebilmek ve gerek g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde de\u011fi\u015ftirebilmek i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu t\u00fcm kaynaklara kendi i\u00e7inde sahiptir<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>NLP uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 hi\u00e7 bir insan\u0131 eksik g\u00f6rmez. Herkes b\u00fcnyesinde geli\u015fim potansiyeli bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. Temel ama\u00e7, de\u011fi\u015fim veya geli\u015fim i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan kaynaklara (resource), istenilen zamanda istenilen yerde ula\u015fabilmek veya bunlardan en iyi d\u00fczeyde yararlanmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>\u0130leti\u015fimde hata yoktur, sadece geri bildirimler (feedback) vard\u0131r.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kar\u015f\u0131dan alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm tepkiler ya da elde etti\u011fimiz sonu\u00e7lar bizim i\u00e7im bir geri bildirim ve b\u00f6ylelikle bu sonu\u00e7lardan \u00f6\u011frenebilece\u011fimiz faydal\u0131 bilgiler niteli\u011findedir. Geri bildirimler, uygulam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz y\u00f6ntemin bizi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme ya da hedefe yakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p yakla\u015ft\u0131rmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda bilgi vererek, gerekti\u011fi takdirde bizi yeni \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131 aramaya davet eder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Kurmu\u015f oldu\u011fumuz ileti\u015fimin anlam\u0131, kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdan alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz yan\u0131tta sakl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar belli bir ama\u00e7 ya da beklenti \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ba\u015fka insanlarla ileti\u015fim kurarlar. Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdakinden bekledi\u011fimiz tepkiyi alamamak, iletmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz bilginin kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdakine istenilen \u015fekilde ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Bu durumda olumsuz tepki g\u00f6stermek ya da \u0131srar etmek yerine davran\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek bizi istenilen sonuca daha \u00e7abuk ula\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Bir \u015fey istedi\u011fin sonucu vermiyorsa yeni bir \u015fey dene.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bu varsay\u0131m bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 niteli\u011findedir ve etkilerimiz sonucunda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tepki (istenmeyen sonu\u00e7lar dahil), bir geri bildirim yani bizim i\u00e7in faydal\u0131 bir bilgi i\u00e7erdi\u011finden, istedi\u011fimiz sonucu alana kadar davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zda esnek olup, yeni \u015feyler denemeye davet eder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHarita arazinin kendisi de\u011fildir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her insan\u0131n, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n nas\u0131l bir yer oldu\u011fu konusunda zihninde bir temsil vard\u0131r.
